Conditions I like to work In

Diverse and Multicultural Environment

Diverse employees bring different skills, talents, and lived experiences to their work, boosting creativity and innovation.

Relaxed and Positive Atmosphere

Coming to work and feeling appreciated, acknowledged, and rewarded.

Cooperative and Supportive Environment

Having a sense of camaraderie, cooperation, and empowerment.

Times I like to work

Mornings are for Meetings

I’m most communicative and clear-minded in the mornings. I like to get up and get things done.

Afternoons and Evenings: Quiet Time for Building and Tinkering

I believe We need to allow ourselves time and space to be quiet and to be creative.

Best ways to communicate with me

Relaxed, tolerant, and not prone to rigid rules

Feel free to reach out through any channel and add meetings to my calendar. I will do my best to promptly answer you.

Answers fastest by chat

Chat is the quickest way to get a response from me. I check all my channels every day, and I’m online most of the working time.

Slower with Emails

I usually only check email once by day. I’m a slow writer. Short email answering time is usually from 24 to 48 hours and long emails around 48 to 72 hours.

How I best Receive Feedback

Direct and Empathetic Feedback

Clarify the intention of the feedback, deliver it in an empathetic way, and create room for discussion.

Continuous Feedback

Ongoing feedback, guided in a systematic manner by openly discussing the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities.

Things I Need

Tinkering Time

Tinkering involves open-ended exploration with different materials. It develops the capacity for innovative problem-solving skills.

Learning Time

Work outside of the business-as-usual stuff that makes up most of our day job.

How I Learn Best

Making Learning Invisible

Making learning invisible at work. Recognizing that for learning to really happen, it must fit around working days. Education is without a beginning or end.

Project Based Learning

Gain knowledge and skills by working for an extended period of time to investigate and respond to a problem, or challenge.

Things I Struggle With

Slow Decision Making

Dragging out a decision is the equivalent of mental multitasking. Your brain is constantly switching back and forth between choices, weighing its options, which leads to burnout and decreased focus.

Not Understanding Learning Opportunities

If I don’t understand what’s my learning opportunity, I find it hard to keep myself motivated.

Things I Love

Getting Things Done

Create goals, get things done, and be happy 🙂

Tinkering

Attempt to repair or improve something in a casual or desultory way, often to no useful effect.

Doodling

Doodling is the act of creating drawings in an unconscious or unfocused manner.
